Scope of Policy
This Return Policy applies to service bookings, deposits, and rentals related to event decoration, photo zones, and styling services offered by Ploxarelghel.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Because our work involves custom design and materials, deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins. If a cancellation occurs before production or procurement starts, we may refund up to 50% of the deposit at our discretion.
Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary reschedule when notified at least 14 days before the event date, subject to calendar availability. Reschedules requested with fewer than 14 days' notice may incur additional fees to cover labor and materials already committed.
Custom Fabrications and Rentals
Custom-built elements and printed materials are non-returnable once approved for production. Rental items must be returned in their original condition. Damages or missing items will be invoiced at replacement cost.
On-Site Changes
Change requests made during installation will be accommodated when feasible. Additional labor, materials, or rush adjustments may incur extra charges, which will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for customized items produced per client approval.
Force Majeure
If an event must be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures), we will work in good faith to reschedule. Deposits may be applied to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.
How to Request a Change or Refund
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund review, please provide your booking details, event date, and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
